ABOUT

Not An Agency.
Your Outsourced Growth Department.

Think of CTRL Scale less as a channel agency and more as your growth department, run from the outside: ads, measurement, landing pages and the offer all sit at one table, tied to one target.

  • Your ad account and your data stay yours
  • Business outcomes, not vanity metrics

POSITIONING

What Does “Growth Partner”
Actually Mean In Practice?

The difference is not in the service list, it is in where responsibility stops. A channel agency answers for the performance of its own channel; a growth partner answers for the whole cost of acquiring a customer.

  • SCOPE

    THE USUAL AGENCY MODEL

The channel named in the contract is managed; everything else is “your side”.

    HOW WE OPERATE

Channel, measurement, landing page and offer are handled by one team in one meeting.

  • MEASUREMENT

    THE USUAL AGENCY MODEL

Performance is whatever the ads manager reports.

    HOW WE OPERATE

Measurement is built before the campaigns are; the conversions in the panel are reconciled against real sales.

  • REPORTING

    THE USUAL AGENCY MODEL

    Reach, impressions and engagement figures.

    HOW WE OPERATE

Spend, conversions, customer acquisition cost and ROAS — the numbers you can actually act on.

  • DECISION RHYTHM

    THE USUAL AGENCY MODEL

The report lands at month end and the discussion starts after it.

    HOW WE OPERATE

Decisions land when a test hits its data threshold. The report explains the decision, it does not delay it.

  • OWNERSHIP

    THE USUAL AGENCY MODEL

The account and the data it accumulates can live inside the agency’s own structure.

    HOW WE OPERATE

The ad account, the Pixel and the data are opened in your name; you grant access and you remove it.

This table is not an accusation, it is a choice about where the work is divided. Running one channel deeply is a legitimate model and it may well be the right one for you. We collect responsibility at the outcome rather than at the channel — which is why measurement, the landing page and the offer are all our business too.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

How We Think Decides
What We Do.

These are not slogans, they are positions you are free to argue with. They decide what happens in an account and when — if one of them does not fit your business, bring it to the first call.

  • Measurement is set up before the campaigns are.

    WHY

In a badly measured account a good campaign looks bad and a bad one looks good. Every optimisation decision taken while the Pixel, the Conversions API and the event mapping are wrong is a guess. So the first job is not launching ads, it is verifying the infrastructure.

  • Vanity metrics never reach the report.

    WHY

Reach, impressions and likes exist to defend a budget, not to make a decision. The report carries only the numbers you can act on: spend, conversions, customer acquisition cost and ROAS.

  • A winning creative is a system output, not luck.

    WHY

A single bright idea cannot be repeated; a production rhythm, a list of message angles and a single-variable test plan can. When a creative wins, the question is never “that looks great” but “which angle won, and how do we ship five variants of it”.

  • Budget follows evidence, not channels.

    WHY

Channel loyalty is a habit, not a strategy. There is no reason for the split between Meta, Google and SEO to stay the same every month; weight moves to whichever side brings a cheaper customer for the same money.

  • No decision before there is enough data.

    WHY

A call made on forty clicks is noise, not data. Every test gets its threshold agreed in advance: nothing is switched off before it is reached, and once it is, nobody keeps defending their own opinion.

[ 03 ] PROCESS

How CTRL Scale Works

Every brand goes through the same seven steps. The order is not arbitrary: each step produces the data the next one needs to be set up correctly.

  1. 01

    Analysis

We review the existing ad accounts, competitors, target audience, website and digital infrastructure of the business.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We build an acquisition and growth strategy specific to the brand.

  3. 03

    Infrastructure

We check or set up Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, GTM and whatever conversion tracking the account still needs.

  4. 04

    Execution

We launch the campaigns, the targeting, the creative tests and the funnel systems behind them.

  5. 05

    Optimisation

We review performance on a fixed cycle and optimise whatever is spending without returning.

  6. 06

    Scale

We identify the winning campaigns and creatives, then scale budget in controlled increments.

  7. 07

    Reporting

Transparent performance reports: what happened, why it happened, and the actions that follow.

The process starts with a free initial audit — step one costs you nothing.

[ 04 ] WHY CTRL SCALE?

Not An Agency.
A Growth Partner.

The difference between buying agency services and working with a growth partner never shows up in the monthly report — it shows up in how the work is done.

  • DATA-DRIVEN

Our decisions rest on data, not on assumptions.

  • TRANSPARENT

You see your ad performance and the way we work, in plain sight.

  • PERFORMANCE-FOCUSED

We optimise for business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

  • A TESTING CULTURE

We test continuously, from creative through to audience.

  • HOLISTIC STRATEGY

We never judge advertising in isolation from the website, content, funnel and sales process.

  • AN EXPERT TEAM

Team members from different disciplines work on your brand’s growth together.

On the first call we go through what each of these six points means for your brand.

[ 05 ] Team

There's A Team
Behind The Growth.

At CTRL Scale no brand is run through one person's point of view. Every account is managed by the shared approach of a team working across performance marketing, strategy, creative, SEO and analytics.

Four disciplines, one team

An account's performance never rests on a single skill: bidding shapes the creative, the creative shapes the landing page, and the landing page decides what can be measured. Keeping all four inside one team means no decision waits for a handover.

Read about our approach
  • Performance Marketing

Runs the daily budget, targeting and scaling decisions across the Meta and Google accounts.

  • Creative Strategy

Produces the ad copy and visual variants, then tests which message actually turns into a purchase.

  • SEO & Content

Builds durable visibility in search, so traffic keeps arriving on the days the ads are paused.

  • Data & Analytics

Sets up measurement and reports each channel's real contribution — which spend became revenue.

You'll know who works on your account from the very first call.

WHERE WE DRAW THE LINE

What We Refuse Is As
Clear As What We Do.

The most expensive surprises in a working relationship come out of the things nobody discussed. We write them down here rather than waiting to be asked.

  • We do not guarantee rankings or results.

Nobody gets to buy Meta’s or Google’s algorithm. An offer that guarantees a dated result is managing you rather than the data. What we commit to is method, rhythm and transparency.

  • We do not lock your account in.

The ad account, the Business Manager assets, the Pixel and every conversion data point belong to you from start to finish; we hold access only as an authorised user. When the engagement ends you remove that access, and the data and the creative stay with you.

  • We do not do vanity reporting.

Reach and engagement charts make a report longer, not more decisive. Every report we send closes with an action list stating what happens next and why.

  • We do not play expert where we are not one.

If we have never worked in your sector, you hear that on the first call. Billing a learning period as expertise is the most expensive part of any agency relationship.

These lines are also the edge of our proposals: we do not promise on a call what is not written here.

[ 06 ] INDUSTRIES

Different sectors.
One objective: growth.

Purchase cycles, acquisition costs and competitive pressure differ in every sector. The method does not: measure, then move budget onto what converts.
