This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and describes the personal data processed through the website at ctrlscale.com.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
Only the following data is processed through this website:
- What you submit via the form: full name, company, phone number, email address and, optionally, website, Instagram handle, monthly ad budget range, the service you are interested in, and any free-text description you write.
- Traffic source information: campaign parameters (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term), ad platform click identifiers (gclid,fbclidand similar), your landing page and the referring site, if any. This is attached to your submission so we can tell where the request came from. - Consent-gated measurement data: usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools, only if you accept cookies. The site collects no special categories of personal data and never asks visitors for payment details or identity numbers.
3. Purposes
- Carrying out the free audit or proposal you requested,
- Contacting you and answering your enquiry,
- Improving our services and this website (where consent is given),
- Measuring and reporting advertising performance (where consent is given),
- Meeting our legal obligations.
Information you submit is not added to marketing lists and is never sold to third parties.
4. Legal grounds
- Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract — handling audit and proposal requests (Art. 5/2-c),
- Legitimate interest — understanding the source of a request and managing correspondence (Art. 5/2-f),
- Explicit consent — analytics and advertising cookies and the related measurement activity (Art. 5/1).
5. International transfers
The site is published as fully static files on Cloudflare. Form submissions reach us through a third-party email delivery service. Analytics and advertising tools that run only with your consent (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn) host their servers outside Türkiye.
Personal data may therefore be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK, on the basis of your explicit consent or another condition provided by law. If you do not consent, those tools do not run and no such transfer takes place.
6. Retention
Data submitted via the form is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and, if a commercial relationship follows, for as long as that relationship requires. If no relationship is established, it is deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the law,
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties,
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send requests relating to these rights to merhaba@ctrlscale.com. Depending on its nature, your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. Where the process incurs a cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
