SEO
Traffic That Does Not
Stop When The Ads Do.
SEO does not replace advertising, it compounds beside it. That is the whole difference between a business whose traffic hits zero the day the budget pauses and one that keeps earning customers from search.
- Starts with a technical audit
- We do not guarantee rankings
- Built alongside your ad data
SCOPE
The Six Pillars
Of The Work.
These are not six services sold separately but connected parts of one job. Content cannot work on a broken technical base, and a keyword strategy has nothing to stand on without pages to hold it.
- FOUNDATION
Technical SEO
The groundwork that lets Google crawl and index your site without friction. Page speed, mobile experience, Core Web Vitals, indexing errors, redirects, site architecture and structured data are each audited. In plain terms: we stop pages that could rank from staying invisible for technical reasons.
- Core Web Vitals and page speed
- Crawl and indexation audit
- Site architecture and redirect hygiene
- Schema / structured data
- ON-PAGE
On-page SEO
We make explicit which search intent each page answers, then rebuild the page around that intent. Title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image optimisation and internal linking all serve one question: does the person who lands here find what they came for, or bounce straight back?
- Title and meta description structure
- Heading hierarchy and content structure
- Internal linking and authority flow
- Image and media optimisation
- KEYWORDS
Keyword Strategy
Search volume on its own means nothing; what matters is how close the intent behind a search sits to a purchase. We separate terms into informational, comparison and transactional intent and map which page targets which term — so two of your own pages never end up competing for the same query.
- Intent-based keyword segmentation
- Page-to-keyword mapping
- Cannibalisation control
- Long-tail and local search coverage
- CONTENT
Content Strategy
A content calendar is not built to fill a blog; it is built to close the gaps in the customer journey. We work out which question gets asked at which stage, plan the page that answers it, and connect those pages into topic clusters. Existing content is in scope too — a refresh often moves faster than writing from scratch.
- Topic cluster planning
- Content calendar and briefs
- Refreshing the pages you already have
- Conversion-focused service pages
- COMPETITION
Competitor Analysis
The competitor you meet in search is not always your competitor in the market. We map who ranks for which query, with what type of page, and what that page has that yours does not. The aim is not to copy it but to measure the gap that can realistically be closed and to order the work by that.
- Query-level visibility comparison
- Content and page-type gap analysis
- Measuring the technical and authority gap
- Prioritising the closable opportunities
- REPORTING
Reporting
Reports discuss business outcomes, not ranking screenshots. We read Search Console and GA4 together to show which pages organic traffic lands on, which queries turn into a form or a sale, and what the organic channel is doing to your acquisition cost. Every report ends with the action list for the next period.
- Search Console + GA4 read together
- Organic conversion by page and query
- Technical health tracking
- A monthly action list
TIMELINE
How Long Does SEO Take?
The Honest Answer.
The short answer: it is measured in months, and nobody can put a date on it. Below you will find what we do and what we watch in each phase. You will not find a promise about rankings or traffic, because neither one is ours to control.
MONTHS 1 – 3
Foundation And Clean-up
What happens in this phase
Technical audit and fixes, clearing indexation problems, building the keyword map, restructuring the pages you already have and setting up the content plan. Most of this phase is work nobody sees from the outside — there is no point building on top of a site search engines are still reading incorrectly.
Leading indicators we track
- Pages crawled and indexed in Search Console
- Core Web Vitals and page speed measurements
- Technical errors closed
- Pages published and pages updated
MONTHS 3 – 6
Coverage And Visibility
What happens in this phase
Content production settles into a rhythm, topic clusters widen, internal linking deepens, and the effect of the first phase’s technical work becomes measurable. Gaps found in the competitor analysis are closed in priority order. What you should expect here is not a jump in sales but the site becoming visible across more queries.
Leading indicators we track
- The range of queries earning impressions
- Movement among queries approaching page one
- Organic click-through rate in the results
- Breadth of the indexed content cluster
MONTHS 6 – 12
Compounding And Conversion
What happens in this phase
We load onto the pages that work, build dedicated pages for the queries that convert, and keep the authority work and the content refresh cycle running. From here the conversation moves from visibility to business outcome: the organic channel starts producing demand that does not depend on the ad budget.
Leading indicators we track
- Contribution of organic sessions to conversions
- Share of traffic coming from non-brand queries
- Effect of the organic channel on acquisition cost
- Repeat return on content refreshes
WHAT THIS PAGE DELIBERATELY DOES NOT CONTAIN
A date-stamped ranking promise, or a figure like “X times the traffic in six months”. Rankings are decided by Google’s continuously changing systems; the only things you and we control are the work itself and the leading indicators it produces. Nobody has authority over search results — and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you a story, not a service.
PAID + ORGANIC
Search Data Flows
Both Ways.
Handing Google Ads and SEO to two teams who never speak is one of the more expensive habits in search. Both feed from the same search box; the only difference is that with one of them you buy the data instantly.
-
GOOGLE ADS SEO
Advertising is SEO’s testing ground.
- The search terms report shows what people actually type — not what a tool estimates the volume to be.
- Which query converts becomes clear in weeks; waiting for the same answer organically takes months.
- The headline and promise that win in ad copy set the title and content angle of the organic page.
- Queries that are expensive to click but convert well go straight to the top of the organic target list.
-
SEO GOOGLE ADS
Organic pulls the cost of paid down.
- On queries you win organically you can lower bids and move budget where organic cannot reach.
- Content built for SEO also raises the conversion rate of the pages your ad traffic lands on.
- A faster, properly structured site improves the landing page experience your ads are judged on.
- As brand awareness grows, so does brand search — the cheapest converting line in the account.
Two channels, one strategy
When the same team sits over both accounts, everything learned in advertising feeds the organic plan and every query won organically feeds back into the ad budget. If you want to read the paid side on its own, the service page is here.
[ 03 ] PROCESS
How CTRL Scale Works
Every brand goes through the same seven steps. The order is not arbitrary: each step produces the data the next one needs to be set up correctly.
- 01
Analysis
We review the existing ad accounts, competitors, target audience, website and digital infrastructure of the business.
- 02
Strategy
We build an acquisition and growth strategy specific to the brand.
- 03
Infrastructure
We check or set up Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, GTM and whatever conversion tracking the account still needs.
- 04
Execution
We launch the campaigns, the targeting, the creative tests and the funnel systems behind them.
- 05
Optimisation
We review performance on a fixed cycle and optimise whatever is spending without returning.
- 06
Scale
We identify the winning campaigns and creatives, then scale budget in controlled increments.
- 07
Reporting
Transparent performance reports: what happened, why it happened, and the actions that follow.
The process starts with a free initial audit — step one costs you nothing.
[ 10 ] FAQ
Frequently
Asked Questions
The questions we meet most often before a project starts, answered without the hedging. If yours is not here, just ask — you will get the same directness.
How long does SEO take to produce results?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks; content and authority work usually reaches the search results on a scale of months. The timeline is set by the current technical state of the site, the history of the domain, how competitive the space is and how fast you can publish. That is why we track the calendar by the work and its leading indicators rather than by a ranking date: pages indexed, the range of queries earning impressions, organic click-through rate.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. No agency has access to Google’s ranking systems; results are decided by algorithms that change continuously, by competitors working at the same time, and by user behaviour. None of those three is under our control. So anyone promising position one for a given keyword has either picked a term so uncompetitive that nobody searches it, or is making a promise they cannot keep. What we commit to is not the outcome itself but the scope, the rhythm and the transparency of the work behind it.
Do we have to produce content for SEO?
Technical fixes take you only so far, but to appear in a search there has to be a page that actually answers that search. We can write the content, you can write it, or we write the brief and your team produces it — all three work. The one condition that does not change is consistency: a steady few pages a month beats a twenty-page push every quarter.
Do you do link building?
Yes, but not through networks that sell links in bulk. Bought links can create movement in the short term and turn into a manual action in the medium term, so we do not use them. We work through digital PR, sector partnerships, data and reference content worth citing, and turning pages that already mention your brand without a link into links. Authority is the slowest line item in SEO, and starting it before the technical and content sides are solid is wasted effort.
How is SEO reported?
The monthly report reads Search Console and GA4 together: which queries earn impressions and clicks, which pages the traffic lands on, how organic sessions contribute to forms and sales, and the technical health of the site. A ranking screenshot on its own does not count as a report. Every report has three parts — what was done last period, what the data says, and what happens next.
