A System For Every
Layer Of Growth.

Advertising, search, organic visibility and conversion are not separate jobs. This page sets out exactly what each service covers, how it runs, and the kind of business it makes sense for.

[ 02 ] Services

One System, Every
Growth Lever.

Instead of the agency model that runs every channel in its own silo, we build ads, content, conversion and data as one growth system. Every service works against the same goal and the same data.

Next step

You do not have to guess where to start. In the initial audit we review your ad account and your website, then set the priority with you.

SCOPE

Four Services,
Four Distinct Disciplines.

Each one has a page of its own. The summaries below exist so you can tell which fits your situation without opening anything.

  1. Meta Ads

    CORE SERVICE

End-to-end management of Facebook and Instagram advertising. Audience structure, the creative testing cycle and campaign architecture are run by one team, and Pixel plus Conversions API setup belongs to the same job — there is no way to optimise an account you cannot measure. Brands that have to create their own demand, and reach people who do not know them yet, start here.

    • CREATIVE TESTING
    • CONVERSIONS API
    • SCALING

  2. Google Ads

    PERFORMANCE

Built around catching the people already searching for what you sell. Keyword architecture, campaign structure, bid strategy and negative keyword management keep budget flowing into high-intent searches. Where demand already exists and search volume is measurable, this is usually the channel that returns fastest.

    • SEARCH CAMPAIGNS

    • BID STRATEGY

  3. SEO

    ORGANIC

We build the organic side so traffic does not stop the day the ad budget does. Technical fixes, a content architecture mapped to real search intent, and authority work all run together. SEO compounds, which is why we never position it on its own — it belongs inside a plan where advertising carries the short term.

    • CONTENT ARCHITECTURE
    • LOCAL SEO
    • AUTHORITY BUILDING

  4. Growth Marketing

    STRATEGY

Instead of improving channels one at a time, we build the joins between them: where traffic lands, what happens there, how a visitor who did not convert comes back, and which data feeds which decision. The right starting point for teams already running several channels that are not feeding each other.

ALWAYS INCLUDED

Three Layers We Do
Not Sell Separately.

There is no separate package for creative strategy, CRO or data and analytics. The reason is straightforward: without those three, ad management is already incomplete — so they sit inside the standard scope of every engagement.

  • CREATIVE STRATEGY

We read test data to establish why a given creative works, then plan the next production round around the answer. On Meta this is the single variable that moves performance most.

  • CRO

We look at what happens after the click: landing page, form, checkout step. Getting more conversions out of the same traffic usually happens on those three screens, not in the ads manager.

  • DATA & ANALYTICS

We verify the Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and GTM setup so it is clear what the report is actually measuring. We do not claim to optimise something we cannot measure.

If one of these is the only thing you need, we can still talk — scope is set together during the audit.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK

Two Ways To Work,
One Standard.

Not every brand needs the same scope. We run two models, and we decide which one is right together, after the audit.

  • ONGOING MANAGEMENT

    Monthly Retainer

Continuous management of the ad accounts. While campaigns are live, weekly optimisation, the creative testing cycle and monthly reporting all stay with the same team.

    • Campaign management and weekly optimisation
    • Creative test plan and production direction
    • Monthly performance report and review call
    • A direct line to the team

    For brands running advertising continuously.

  • DEFINED SCOPE

    Project Based

A piece of work with a start, an end and a clear deliverable. Measurement setup, an account audit, a landing page rebuild or a campaign built from scratch all run this way.

    • Written scope and deliverables list
    • A fixed timeline
    • Handover documentation and team training
    • The option to move onto a retainer afterwards

For teams with one specific problem to solve.

STANDARD IN BOTH MODELS

  • FREE INITIAL AUDIT
  • YOU OWN THE ACCOUNTS AND THE DATA
  • TRANSPARENT REPORTING
  • NO LONG LOCK-IN CONTRACTS

PRICING

There is no fixed package list on this site, because scope changes from brand to brand: the number of channels, monthly creative volume, the current state of measurement and how fast you want to grow are the variables that set the price. After the audit you get a one-page, line-by-line proposal.

[ 03 ] PROCESS

How CTRL Scale Works

Every brand goes through the same seven steps. The order is not arbitrary: each step produces the data the next one needs to be set up correctly.

  1. 01

    Analysis

We review the existing ad accounts, competitors, target audience, website and digital infrastructure of the business.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We build an acquisition and growth strategy specific to the brand.

  3. 03

    Infrastructure

We check or set up Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, GTM and whatever conversion tracking the account still needs.

  4. 04

    Execution

We launch the campaigns, the targeting, the creative tests and the funnel systems behind them.

  5. 05

    Optimisation

We review performance on a fixed cycle and optimise whatever is spending without returning.

  6. 06

    Scale

We identify the winning campaigns and creatives, then scale budget in controlled increments.

  7. 07

    Reporting

Transparent performance reports: what happened, why it happened, and the actions that follow.

The process starts with a free initial audit — step one costs you nothing.

10 QUESTIONS

What is Meta Ads consultancy?

Meta Ads consultancy means handing the setup, management and optimisation of your Facebook and Instagram advertising to a team that does this every day. The scope is wider than publishing ads: audience structure, creative direction, campaign architecture, measurement infrastructure and the conversion journey after the click all belong to it. In one sentence, the job is to keep your budget working where it actually converts.

What does CTRL Scale do in Meta ad management?

We start by auditing your ad account, your measurement setup and whatever historical data you already hold, then rebuild the campaign structure around the objective. Creative production and a test plan, audience segmentation, bid and budget management, Pixel and Conversions API setup, and a weekly optimisation cycle are all standard scope. We never judge an ad in isolation — the landing page, the form and the sales process behind it sit on the same table.

How large should the ad budget be?

There is no single number that fits everyone. Budget follows your sector, your average order or customer value, the length of your sales cycle and how fast you want to grow. In practice you start with enough for the algorithm to learn and for a meaningful test volume, then load progressively onto the campaigns that convert. On the first call we work backwards from your target to a realistic range.

When does Meta Ads start producing results?

First data arrives within days of launch, but that data alone is not enough to decide on. Completing Meta’s learning phase and reaching a meaningful test volume usually takes a few weeks of uninterrupted delivery. What really sets the timeline is budget, creative variety and whether measurement was built correctly. We give no one a date-stamped guarantee of results — anyone who does is managing you, not the data.

Should Google Ads and Meta Ads be used together?

They do different jobs: Google Ads captures demand that already exists, Meta Ads creates it and introduces the brand to new audiences. Run together, someone who first meets you on Meta finds you waiting when they later search for your brand on Google, which measurably shortens the acquisition path. The decision still depends on budget — there are cases where we recommend going deep on one channel rather than splitting a limited budget in two.

Once we start working with the agency, does our ad account still belong to us?

Yes, always. Ad accounts, Business Manager assets, the Pixel and every conversion data point belong to you from start to finish; we hold access only as an authorised user. If an account has to be opened from scratch, it is opened under your own Business Manager. When the engagement ends you remove our access, and the account, its history and the creative produced for it stay with you.

How does reporting work?

We set up a live reporting dashboard you can open at any moment, and on top of that we deliver a monthly performance report and hold a review call. The report discusses business outcomes — spend, conversions, customer acquisition cost, ROAS — rather than impressions and likes. Every report closes with a clear action list stating what we will do in the coming period.

How long does SEO take to produce results?

SEO compounds: technical fixes can show up within weeks, while content and authority work usually reaches the rankings on a scale of months. The timeline is set by the site’s current technical state, the domain’s history, competitive pressure and how fast you can publish. That is why we never run SEO on its own — advertising covers demand in the short term while SEO pulls long-term acquisition costs down.

What kind of businesses does CTRL Scale work with?

E-commerce brands, service businesses, local businesses and B2B companies. What they share is not a sector but a measurable sales or demand target. We do our best work with teams who treat the ad budget as an investment rather than an expense and are willing to decide from data. If we have no experience in your sector, we say so plainly on the first call.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

We usually recommend a three-month initial period. Not as a lock-in: that is simply what the test–learn–optimise cycle needs before it produces a result worth discussing. At the end of it we review the data together and decide whether to continue. We do not work on long lock-in contracts — the reason to stay should be the outcome, not the paperwork.

Still holding a question this list does not answer? Bring it to the call and we will go through your account.
