1. Scope
This policy covers the website only. Ad account data processed under a signed client engagement is governed by that contract and is outside the scope of this document.
2. How we collect
- You give it to us. By completing the contact or audit form, or writing to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Automatically. Campaign parameters showing which link brought you here and — only if you consent — usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools.
The site is published as static files. There is no server-side application, no user account and no database. Unless you complete the form, we never ask for anything that identifies you.
3. Who we share with
- Hosting: Cloudflare — serving and securing the site.
- Form delivery: a third-party service that forwards submissions to our inbox.
- Measurement (consent only): Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
Beyond these, your information is not shared unless required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not add email addresses from the form to newsletter lists without permission.
- We run no advertising or analytics cookies unless you consent.
- We collect no special categories of data (health, beliefs, biometrics).
- We never ask visitors for payment details or identity numbers.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS enabled. Because there is no visitor database on the server, there is no conventional "site database breach" surface. Information received through the form is stored in our business email and CRM systems, accessible only to team members who need it.
No transmission method is completely secure; please do not send us sensitive information.
6. Children's privacy
Our services are aimed at businesses and this site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes
This policy is updated when our tooling or the applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the version in force.
